How often do I need to fill the dispenser?The tray holds 28 doses. It depends on how often the user takes their medications. For example: 1 dose per day: every 28 days, 2 doses per day: every 14 days, 3 or 4 doses per day: every 7 days

Can the alarm volume be programmed to be louder/softer?Yes, There are 4 different settings for the alarm volume.

I am going out of the house, can I take my dose early?"Yes. This feature is available. Dose early release could be set for 5 minutes to 5 hours early.

Does the Dispenser adjust automatically to Daylight Saving (DLS) time change?Yes, it does.

How to I get the dispenser refilled?Each dispenser comes with a spare tray and a tray cover. We recommend that Pharmacies fill the spare tray and swap it with the empty tray from the dispenser every 7, 14, or 28 days.

What happens when the batteries run out?The dispenser is designed to make the batteries last for almost a year in normal use. When the batteries are at 20% full, the dispenser shows a message on the screen to alert users and caregivers to replace the batteries.

I didn't take my dose when the alarm rang. Can I take it later?This feature could be customized in the dispenser settings based on the medications being taken. The shutter will lock if medication is not dispensed within the programmed alarm time set by the ‘AFTER’ time. This time can be set from 5 minutes to 5 hours. This function eliminates the possibility of the user taking two doses within a short time and thereby potentially double-dosing.

Will the dispenser work during power outage?Yes. The dispenser runs on 4 x AA size batteries.

What if the user is leaving home for an extended period of time?The dispenser weighs only 490 gm which makes it easily portable when going out or going away.
